Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing is made with the simple ingredients and comes together in just 5 minutes. This vinagrette is amazing on salads, fish, grain salads and raw or roasted veggies.

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon maple syrup 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 tablespoon crushed or minced garlic *about 3-4 medium sized garlic cloves
Get Recipe Ingredients
Add olive oil to a medium sized mixing bowl and slowly whisk in the apple cider vinegar until the two ingredients are fully combined and emulsified.
Add in remaining ingredients and whisk well.
Store in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks.
