For the Dressing

For the Salad

*cut into half moon shapes

*cut in half

Instructions
In large sized mixing bowl whisk together ingredients for dressing.
Toss in cut cucumber, tomatoes, red onion and chives. Stir well.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving. Served chilled.
